Personal Training

Personal Training is one way of improving on particular areas to meet your needs. We can help you achieve your goals in MARTIAL ARTS and FITNESS with one on one personal training sessions at EMF.

Personal Training sessions can assist you with:

Personal Training sessions are designed to help you develop skills and a greater feeling of self-confidence.

Martial Arts students may take up the option to have Personal Training sessions at any time particularly leading up to a grading or to refine their skills and techniques.

Small groups of families, friends and partners can share the cost of Personal Training sessions at a discounted rate to make these training sessions more enjoyable.

You do not need to be attending martial arts or group fitness classes to have Personal Training sessions.

Kickboxing Fitness

Boxing is a high intensity full-body workout. it is a complete cardiovascular workout as well as training upper body, lower body and core strength.

Many people are anxious that boxing may bulk you up. Boxing is a high intensity workout and does not add muscle bulk as much as tone and define muscles because it involves high repetitions.

Our Kickboxing Fitness classes include effective pad and padwork combinations executed on round shields, thai pads, and kick shields.

No previous boxing or kickboxing skills are required for our Kickboxing Fitness class

Punchfit GX Fitness

G.X.® is the next generation of group kickboxing fitness. In our Punchfit GX group exercise classes you will learn how to deliver kickboxing and modified Muay Thai techniques more efficiently than ever before, with a focus on low impact sustained mid to high intensity sessions that result in huge gains in calorie burn, endurance, strength and co-ordination.

Our combat cardio classes aim to improve and enhance your cardio fitness together with martial arts techniques.

Circuit Training

Bootcamp
